Dynette Dynette – Dental Hygienist / Office Manager

Dynette has been involved with dentistry for 28 years and has been with Alpha Orthodontics for the last 19 years. She takes care of business operations, HR, marketing and computer/network maintenance. She also helps in the clinic taking braces off when treatment is completed.

Deb Deb – Treatment Coordinator

Deb has been with Alpha Orthodontics for 21 years. She keeps us all on track with her expertise in managing the daily schedule. Her personal touch is especially apparent with our new patients. Deb makes everyone feel very comfortable in our office. “I love my job! Meeting new people, watching the changes as the patient progresses through treatment and their smile when the braces are removed is very exciting! Dr. Leonard and my coworkers are great to work with and really make our patients feel at home in our office.”

Kelley Kelley –Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant

Kelley has 17 years of dental office experience, the last 12 with Alpha Orthodontics. Her versatility is much appreciated. Kelley is one of our treatment coordinators as well as our insurance coordinator. She will also assist with the patients when she is needed. “It’s fun to meet new people and help them achieve a great looking smile. Alpha is a fun place to work and I enjoy working with all my coworkers!”

Nancy Nancy - Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant

Nancy has 7 years of orthodontic experience. Her caring and understanding spirit make the patients feel right at home. She is our full time treatment/insurance coordinator in the Mason City office. Nancy is sure to bring a smile to your face. “Adults and children come through our doors as patients - and leave as friends. I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Leonard in creating so many new smiles!”

Trina Trina – Treatment Coordinator

Trina is the first person you will speak to when you call our Mason City office and the first friendly face to greet you when you visit. Trina joined the team in 2008 and is happy to answer any question you may have and help you schedule your appointments “Everyone smiles in the same language. I enjoy being a part of a great team that makes smiles as beautiful as they can be.”

Lynda Lynda – Dental Assistant

Lynda has been with Alpha Orthodontics for 23 years! Her experience and knowledge make her a top-notch dental assistant. Lynda is also responsible for keeping our office stocked with supplies. She continually looks for the best products for our patients. “It’s great to see the wonderful changes that occur with someone’s smile.”

Barb Barb – Dental Assistant

Barb is one of our dental assistants and has 32 years of dental experience. She has been with Alpha Orthodontics for 11 years. Barb is truly an asset to our team with her thoroughness and attention to detail. “Alpha is a great place to work. You get to meet a lot of people and be a part of great smiles!”

Caryn Caryn – Dental Assistant

Caryn has been assisting patients with Alpha Orthodontics for 10 years. Her kind, gentle and caring attitude will make you feel at ease. Caryn serves as our Invisalign coordinator making sure your treatment goes as planned. “I love what we do here. We make great looking smiles. That’s the best part of my job"

Joan Joan – Dental Assistant / Lab Technician

Joan joined Alpha Orthodontics in 2007 and has 12 years of orthodontic experience. She is dedicated to providing our patients with comfortable quality appliances. Joan is willing to take on any challenge and is excited about technology… “Technology and computers have changed our lives even in orthodontics. I cannot believe the ease and simplicity of the SureSmile system. Not to mention the comfort for our patients. "

Amy Amy – Dental Assistant

Amy has been with Alpha Orthodontics for 7 years. Her spunky and cheerful personality brings life to every workday. Amy is also the SURESMILE coordinator and is committed to patient care. Her adventure and curiosity keep us up to date. “I love my job! How many people get to say they help create beautiful smiles and self-confidence every day!”

Michelle Michelle – Dental Assistant

Michelle has 17 years of dental experience and has been with Alpha Orthodontics since 2006. Michelle’s is truly an asset to the team with her easygoing personality. Her friendly smile is sure to make you comfortable when you come for your visits. “It is great working with patients, seeing the changes and their excitement as their smile improves.”

Kayla Kayla – Dental Assistant

Kayla joined the Alpha Orthodontics team in 2008. She is an orthodontic patient herself and knows first hand what her patients are experiencing. Kayla can answer your questions and help you to be comfortable with your appliances. “I like the kids that come in and seeing their transformation.”

Lindsay Lindsay – Dental Assistant

Lindsay is the newest member to our team. Her willingness to learn and meet the needs of our patients is enjoyable. Lindsay is very helpful to her coworkers and quiet in her work. “I enjoy being in a place where everyone is smiling, and it is so exciting to meet new people.”
